Refund Policy

At Morris Formalwear, we uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. While all business transactions are considered final, we understand that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to scheduled events. Therefore, we offer our valued customers the flexibility to postpone their event for a period of up to one year from the original event date, at no additional charge. Please be advised that any alterations made beyond this designated timeframe or involving significant changes may incur additional charges. Although we do not offer direct refunds, we are pleased to offer store credit for the full transaction amount upon request for rental products only (all retail sales final), within the one-year window from the original transaction date. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that customers return the rented articles in good order by the specified return date indicated above. Any damages or loss incurred while the items are in possession will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a late fee of $40.00 per day will be applied for each day the garment is not returned promptly. Please be aware that the $10.00 damage waiver fee covers limited incidents such as loss of buttons, wax on tuxedos, lipstick stains, or salad oil stains. It does not cover any fabric tears, burns to the outfit, wine stains, grass stains, or loss or theft of the rented attire.
